THREE-LAYER VINYL TABLE MATS

Vinyl table matting utilizes a proprietary 3-layer construction consisting of a conductive metalized fleece sandwiched between a solid vinyl top surface and a foam bottom layer. These mats will perform equal or better than the industry leaders... at an affordable price.


This type of ESD mat comprises of 3-layers:

  • Top layer is a tough vinyl composite.
  • The inner conductive grid mesh layer provides a faster discharge path to ground and energy absorption for components susceptible to physical shock.
  • The bottom layer offers cushioning and consists of dissipative properties.
